so these two babies are only 5 weeks apart. they will be forced into being best friends. they have no choice. so we start them young and stick them next to each other as often as possible, so they can get a jump start on their friendship.
so down they go. camera's ready:
jade doesn't really care. grant seems to be wide eyed over something off to his left, maybe he sees lyla and is hoping she doesn't come and poke his eyes out (which is what she usually does when he is within poking distance)
grant spots the flowers on jades dress {ooooohhhh}. jade spots the camera and gets concerned.
jade confirms that it is a camera, and cries. grant wishes jade would stop crying before her sobs make him burst into tears as well.
these poor kids. we put them through this same routine pretty much every time we get together. one day they'll love it. right?

For sure they will love it. Leila and her cousin Jack are 6 months apart and we forced them together every day since Jack was born. Now, 2 years later, they are best buddies!!!!
