Potty Training woes

i need to have this child potty trained before baby numero dos comes (that gives me four months). so we bought kaleb a little potty the other day and he seems to like it a little. his favorite part is getting to pick up the little dish that has his few little dribbles of pee and them dump it into the toilet. cute right??? and then the following occured:

after getting everyone ready for bed corey and i are lying in our bedroom watching a little tv before putting kaleb down...but where is kaleb...i go looking and find him half naked doing this all by himself:

i think to myself, "awe he is so cute", so of course i snap that first pic. he notices me there and comes and tells me to "go 'way ma".

i refuse to go away and i tell him to go dump the pee into the toilet and flush it. he dumps it and says, "i gotta winse it out." (this is usually mommy's job but he is excited to rinse it).

.......unable to reach the sink to "winse it" he decided to dip the little dumper into the toilet water, swirls it around a little and gets ready to dump the water back into the toilet..........he ponders for a moment....i get ready to snap another photo.....and then.............he puts the dumper to his lips and takes a drink!!!

i may have passed out at this point...or barfed a little in my mouth, i can't remember. but i do remember yelling "NO", dropping the camera on the floor (hence no more pictures) and running to stop him from getting more than one swallow.

i take the dumper away and tell him not to drink it cause it is yucka. his reply...

"it's not yuck, i sink its tasty"

i tell corey that kaleb has just drinken pee water and what does he do? he laughs.
