just some pictures

not much has been going on this week. just trying to recover from the crazy-busy weekend i had. i am finally starting to get off my butt and get some things done around the house now.

here's what we've been up to this week so far:

lyla's hair is getting longer (if that's possible...it is already so long!) and we were able to get this into her hair with no tears! (of course there were only no tears this first time...the second time there were lots of tears and i felt bad!). it looked pretty cute!
kaleb loves to hold his sister all by himself. she loves him too. usually when i let him hold her she falls asleep on him right away. so cute! (bytheway, i am kindof in awe that i created these two crazy haired kids...one has brown curls that are totally out of control and the other has this red hair that sticks straight up...i can't do a thing with the hair on either of their heads, oh well!)
kaleb found the flour and did some digging and made a complete mess. after i snapped this pic he says to me, "ma, i ate some of dis floo-ar (flour)". then i asked him if it was good and he says, "oh nono it's super yuck". he must have thought it was the sugar when he got it out.
then i made him vaccum up the flour for me...i have been waiting three years for him to be able to vaccum for me. YES!
and we finally go lyla a bumbo chair which as you can see she loves. she is so funny with her chubby little body and this head full of red hair. we love it!!
